- 1 avocado
- 1 cherry tomato
- 1/2 sachet of itsu miso
- 2 slices of bread (any bread works but we think sourdough or rye bread are particularly delicious)
- salt and pepper

Mix the miso & coconut oil
step 2
Lightly toast the bread. Spread the coconutty miso onto the toast
step 3
Mash the avocado, adding the lime juice, and spread onto the toast
step 4
Slice the cherry tomatoes and place on top
step 5
Sprinkle with chilli flakes, sea salt and black pepper
